May’s Checklist

No matter how busy I am, I will make sure that…

I bite my food thoroughly before swallowing for every meal

I eat my food only after it has cooled down to a temperature that won’t burn my lips

I eat fruits, vegetables, beans…for vitamins, protein, minerals and whatever my body needs

I always exercise to relieve my work stress

I call home to my parents

I build friendship

I sleep for nine hours everyday

I read news about the world to care for our global community

I treat myself to my favorite ice-cream once in a blue moon

I have time when all family members are together

I work not for money/status, but passion

This will be my checklist.
