I bite my food thoroughly before swallowing for every meal

I always exercise to relieve my work stress

I build friendship
I sleep for nine hours everyday
I read news about the world to care for our global community
I treat myself to my favorite ice-cream once in a blue moon
I have time when all family members are together
I work not for money/status, but passion
