A day that starts well

Wake up. Don’t press the snooze button of your morning alarm. If no alarm is set, rise from your bunk once you come to your consciousness in the wonderful morning full of possibilities. No more 10 minutes. Rise right away. The more you delay, the more you lust over your bed.

Don’t reach for your phone. No checking of your email box or FB notification. Neither for Instagram or whatever. Why should your beginning day be controlled and affected by those trivial things?

Instead, reach for a sticky note. Jot down your goals for the day. Set your priorities. The important task should come first. Set some periods for recreation too.

Once you almost complete your work, reach for your phone. Ok, I shall do that from now onwards.
